It's just turned spring here in Australia, so I decided to get the feel for new season by making Laney a sunshiney top!
Admittedly, it's not really warm enough for this top yet but hey, it's only going to get warmer right ...not colder?!?!
A gorgeous broderie anglaise yellow fabric for a girl who just adores yellow. Everything has to be yellow!
The top should last her a few years and we can even pop a long sleeved skivvy under it for next winter.
Pattern is this one (& it comes in adult sizes too, so you can be all matchy matchy if you want!)
...Oh, I almost forgot to mention that there are NO raw seams and it was an easy top to make!
