A Creative Exchange - the sending

So, I did it. Yep, I signed up for another swap!  This time the swap was for a Creative Exchange Swap hosted by Dunne With Style.
Basically I send a package of creative goodies based on someone's Instagram feed & I am sent a package too but from someone different and then we all make something up from the packages.  Sounded like fun to me!  This is the parcel I sent......

Free Pattern: The Candelion Scarf (Crochet)

This is a lovely long scarf that can hang loose down to your knees or around your neck loosely like a big cowl. 

Initially you may be daunted by the long rows but trust me, it's all worth it!  The yarn that is used is the Noro yarn and it works best in long rows to get the full effect of the colour changes.

An easter treat for you!

With Easter almost hopping onto our doorstep, I thought I'd show you a super-quick Easter project!
Bubba Joe, who is 3 years old, made this fun wonky string basket & filled it with choccie eggs and took it with him to daycare this morning for Neen, his daycare worker. So, please ignore the slightly yellow photos as the sun had just risen this morning as I took this photos (I hadn't even had my first morning cuppa!)

Undo, redo & make something new

You see, I had the urge to try something new and to make something just for me!

and for my next trick...

I have knitting & crochet projects spread throughout my house, this latest project (a scarf) is currently residing next to my laptop for the 'slow-go' internet that I have! .... I'm actually getting a lot done due to very slow & often very dodgy internet!
I actually undid a cowl that I was making in this Noro yarn and decided to crochet a very long scarf - the above is the second attempt, below is the first attempt!
