At the moment, My Creative Space is revolving around nursing, nappies, burping & then trying to get baby Joe to sleep.
But I have dug out my crochet hook and have managed to crochet a granny or two whilst checking emails with a baby being burped over my shoulder!
Ahh, it feels so good to do something for myself again, maybe I'll even find a quick 5 minutes to have a hot shower today - Bliss!!!
crochet looks good... My machine and I don't always get along too.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping to say Hi
Good luck with getting a shower today! People always said to me sleep when baby is asleep.......I think that time is better used for crafting something for yourself!
ReplyDeleteI was never great at multitasking when my little one was really little - I'm impressed, and it looks lovely! and hope you get that lovely hot shower x
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your beautiful baby boy. I remember all to well drinking cold cups of tea if I was lucky enough to get one, not showering, sleep deprivation e.c.t but it's all worth it. Granny squares are the perfect quick fix between motherly duties. Looks great =)
ReplyDeleteGreat looking square. I hope you get your 'mummy time' today.
ReplyDeleteI love the colour choice very nice indeed!! showers huh I still miss the daily shower kids huh wouldn't change them for the world... even a shower!!
ReplyDeleteshowers Mmmm nice. I love your crochet - great colours and nice to have "me" time xx
ReplyDeleteWhen my little one was really small 5 minutes to craft was considered a major achievement! Hope that you get that lovely hot shower today :)
ReplyDeletesure it will get better soon! hang in there and crochet :) love what you doing
ReplyDeleteI'm working on a green/pale green crochet project now too! A giant granny afghan. It's wonderful to have time to create when you have small ones. Mine are all grown now but I still recall days when they would be too demanding for anything but mom's lap. Good luck and I hope you enjoy your shower!!
ReplyDeleteHot showers are a good thing! I vote Yes!
